I love my apartment at 500 Seneca! I moved from NYC where the equivalent apartment (2BR 1200 SQ Ft) would rent for $3000-5000/month depending on the borough. They have a great dog-friendly policy and dog people are the best neighbors. Easy parking on all sides of the building. A great gym with 2 floors. The atrium is stunning and can be a sunny respite on cold winter days. I would be sad to leave this apartment. It is sunny with huge windows and everything is high quality.
I have had a wonderful experience living at 500 Seneca so far. I love the all the building has to offer- the gym, community area, patio with grills. My landlord has always been responsive to any issues I’ve had. The only thing I’d change is the mail room is unlocked and really anyone can access it. I’ve had an expensive package stolen and nothing could have been done about it.
I have nothing but pleasant things to say about the property of 500 Seneca and the management. As a current resident I can confirm the overall extremely positive experience I have had living here. I would definitely recommend this property to others. That's without talking about the ample amenities. :)
Have had a great rental experience so far. The building is always being well-kept with very friendly tenents/businesses in the building. Response times are very quick however there seems to be a lack of privacy when it comes to repairmen coming through the door on their own when instructed not to. Seems like a communication error from the landlord- so something to keep an eye out for if you live alone or have a pet.
Luke & Savarino Companies are truly one of a kind. Providing a space that is so inclusive: from gender neutral public restrooms to helping out the local community, 500 Seneca is the best. You don't find many property managers who treat you like an actual human being, rather than just dollar signs. Whatever you need, Luke will bend backwards. Especially during the height of covid, Luke sent out (almost) daily updates on who was quarantining & what floor while keeping anonymity. I feel very lucky.
The only reason We’re not renewing is because we just purchased a home. Our experience at 500 Seneca was flawless. Excellent property management, staff, price, amenities, communication, basically everything good you could think of! I can’t say enough wonderful things about 500 Seneca.
I have lived at 500 Seneca for a few years now and have loved every second of it. Luke and his team manage the property very well and are extremely responsive/caring. My gf and I love the small businesses (esp the ppl) in the building and support them as much as we can. I recommend living here to everyone that asks and would not change a thing!
I have loved living in the building. It’s full with great people whom I have developed friendships with. I always brag about where I live and anyone who comes to visits agrees it’s a great place! The amount of dogs in the building gives my dog a fun place to play and socialize, I love how the building is SO dog friendly.
I’ve loved living here. Are there things i would change? Sure, but all rentals have something. I looked at other lofts before moving here but this was by far the best one out there when I signed my initial lease. It’s a beautiful building that has been thoughtfully redesigned, and it’s been my favorite place I’ve ever lived (and there have been many)
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living in the 500 Seneca building for several years and intend to keep it as my home until the time comes to consider a larger dwelling for a family/long term partner. The response time and professionalism displayed by the staff is first class and I never have any worries or concerns that my inquiries will go unnoticed or unattended. Overall, it’s a tremendous place to rent and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!
