This property and some nearby houses are managed by the family of Woodward. Pros: 1.Quiet place to live. 2.Close to school. Cons: 1.Old house, sometimes have rats, bugs and flies 2.1050 security deposit 0 return, They said the cleaning fee is 750 dollars which is ridiculous. They also charged high late fees on monthly payment.
