Landlord entered the space without my consent on numerous occasions for non-emergency reasons. Lack of privacy and boundaries, issues with proper mail receptacles and receiving mail, did not have adequate # of trash receptacles for a few months. Landlord did not give me written notice of my right to a final walk through, did not do a final walk through during my lease (made an attempt to do one less than 48 hours b4 end) and is attempting to charge me for damages that existed prior to moving in.
