My experience has been positive so far. Building has nice amenities and they're kept clean. Door men are friendly and helpful. Only complaints are lack of fan in the bathroom (air freshener is a must) and dryer overheats at times so you have to wait a bit between loads. Machines are rather loud, but still beats leaving apartment to do laundry!
