Overall my rental experience has been good. Its not far from the train to NYC and it is close to the grocery store and buses that go to nearby towns. The building is a pre-war building in fair condition. Rent is pretty affordable. Neighborhood is quiet-ish, not poppin heavy like NYC but not hella quiet like suburbs.
