It's very hot - the attic has no fan so it gets to be about 140 up there and then the heat stays in the top apartments for days. No insultion - Freezing in winter!! The smoke from all of the neighbors bbqs - come into the apartment if the windows are open, There is no sound proofing between the upstairs and downstairs. The landlords do not fix things. They let a window fall out for weeks a door fall off the higes, the stove was broken and we got gas poisoning!! NO water pressure!
