If you can manage to avoid run-ins with the staff, then I would absolutely recommend it. You'll be blown away by the apartment and the view of Philly.

I cannot in good faith recommend this landlord under the current management.

The previous mgmt team was great. They were on top of every issue in the building, ensuring the building was in the best condition for the tenants. The new team is inattentive and unresponsive. They also have trouble responding to maintenance requests on time. I would not move here under the new Greystar management.
