the location is prime. I feel safe here. The price is right. It is within walking distance to everywhere in the city. It has parking available. It is close to the running trails along Kelly Drive and the River.

Management is also responsive and folks at the front desk are friendly and supportive of my hockey addiction. Floor to ceiling windows provide an unreal view.

You can't go wrong with this apartment. It's beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the community is respectful.

This place is really good. I just found the promotional issue pretty shady and I've heard a similar sentiment from other renters as well. Just be wary of that if you're deciding to move here. Once you get past that, the place is pretty ***** awesome.
