Easy going Landlord. Was late a few times on rent but never any complaints. Let us break lease during the pandemic. Was negotiable on security deposit with photos on damage. Communication was good.

The landlord was easy going and responsive. We were late a few times with rent and they never complained. Security deposit was negotiable with photos of damage and dates.
