Toxic Cruces Landlord Alert!

The property is affordable, however the landlord is toxic. The property sits next to the landlords home, so she surveils the property daily. She tried to threaten me into signing multiple lease addendums, wanted me to give her a written notice each time I had a guest over. My fridge broke, took her a month to fix it and refused to reimburse me for food. She hoards cats on the premise and gives no notice for construction. She cut off my access to common outdoor areas at the flip of a switch.
