Most of my experience here was fine and I was left alone until the last year of my lease, during the pandemic. My father professionally cleans houses and together, we cleaned this entire apartment prior to move out. It was absolutely spotless (or as spotless as an apartment with painted over black mold in the kitchen can be). David immediately accused me of all sorts of damage that I did not do and threatened to sue me for more money than my deposit even was with ZERO proof. Avoid this scum bag.
