They haven't fixed my heating even though it malfunctions constantly.

I've complained to management at least twenty times about my neighbors' exceptionally loud music at all hours of the night and they've yet to do anything about it -- the management here is so disappointing. This is not luxury living -- more aligned with a frat house.
