The worst place to live. Terrible and rude management. Disgusting property. Waaaay too expensive for mediocre quality.

The units and community are very nice. Building staff are wonderful.

This apartment is definitely carried by its modern amenities and friendly staff.

I highly recommend 1404 Boylston- location, people, maintenance, and overall atmosphere can't be beat..
