Great dorm but not the cleanest or prettiest!

1300 is a great residence hall. It’s newly updated with hard wood flooring in the dorms so that was a plus. The only issue I had was that it wasn’t close to parts of campus I was at the most, but otherwise fine. The location isn’t the best, but it’s not too much further of a walk.
