I love the views

Location close to the French Quarter but there are some serious issues. First, the walls are so thin that I have literally heard my neighbors in the next unit sneeze.

Awesome place to call Home!!!

This building has extremely thick concrete floors, as it was formerly a department store. There is very little problem with any noise through the floors, and the between walls are very well insulated. Also, all of the windows are modern insulated.
