Immediately after moving in, we discovered several hazardous issues that our landlord refused to fix until we pressed him about them, and some which he NEVER fixed (no carbon monoxide detectors which we had to buy ourselves, many indoor gas leaks, rat infestation, broken fencing, broken fridge, etc.) THEN, after complaining about them enough, he told us he was selling. WELL NOW IT'S UP FOR RENT AGAIN, and for $200 more. He lied to get us out during COVID. We are good tenants. DO NOT RENT.
