The turnover of maintenance and concierge staff is somewhat frequent so we've seen some pretty amazing people leave, for the most part though they are thankfully replaced by the more awesome staff
The apartments are spacious and well adorned with large windows, modern appliances, and fancy flooring. The corridors and common areas are extremely clean.
The management is ready to help you any time. There is good choice of amenities including gym, sauna, pool, rooftop and area for pets. I love my spacious apartment with new appliances.

The wood tiles in the whole apartment are nice looking.
The maintenance guys happen to be really great and always willing to help.
There is no electronic rent payment in place and you are supposed to send the check over to their main office. The late payment fee is 10% of the rent amount.
