This community is first class. The amenities are the top of the line in the area and perfectly maintained.

It really is a clean community. Like all of South Beach the walls sound paper thin and you do hear neighbors

Can't stress how slow staff is to respond to residents issues. Don't do it if you don't have to.

Staff does a good job looking after the building, fixing things that may break, and overall they treat us kindly and with respect. I'd recommend.
