Lew and Susan treated us with the respect one would treat their own family. Incredibly communicative, super helpful with any and all issues, and all-around wonderful people.

Being near a university, there's always concerns about landlords taking advantage of students in suspicious ways. Lew and Susan are not those types of landlords. They were respectful, attentive, prompt to answer, and communicative about visits. Thanks Lew and Susan!

I only lived in a property with Susan and Lew for the latter half of the 2018-2019 school year, but throughout all my time there, I had a very pleasant experience. Susan and Lew were incredible landlords. They were very attentive and responded quickly, answered all of our questions (even the small/silly ones) with respect and kindness, and clearly cared about the homes they rented. I hope to have future landlords as put together, careful, and caring as Susan and Lew.

I can't thank Susan and Lew enough. I am generally very skeptical of landlords who own multiple properties, but Susan and Lew were the best landlords I've ever had. No issue ever went unresolved and they also went out of their way to check on the status of our house in ways we weren't even thinking about (routinely checking our thermostat, fire alarms, etc.). They have also been so pleasant and patient with us. We're very grateful for them, but sad that they set the bar so high!

Susan and Lew are great. They work together as a family to ensure the well-being of their tenants. Often times, they would even cut the lawn if we forgot to prevent us from getting fines from the city of Philadelphia.

Susan and Lew have been nothing but helpful upon moving here 3 years ago. They typically take care of issues that arise and make sure they are no longer arise. Susan and Lew are also very easy to reach and very personable people. The price is a little steep, but being so close to campus it was bearable. Overall I would definitely recommend them. Great landlords overall!
