Awesome amenities and they keep the place well maintained: outside and inside. 

Feels like a community, good for my family :) 

I haven't had any reason to complain. The building and people are insanely nice. I've loved my stay thus far. I know this is for the buildings and landlords but I must add, the neighborhood is great!

Mgmt has rubbed me the wrong way, in the past

The views are amazing. If you move here, move here for that. Carillon isn't super special but it looks as great as the view is.
