It was a smooth process moving in and getting everything set up. He was extremely helpful as far as, what we needed to do and who to call whenever we had an issue.

Yuval has been an excellent landlord and this property has served me very well. Yuval was very responsive, fair, and reasonable. The property served me for the years that I lived there- it was in excellent condition, friendly tenants, and clean! Yuval was easy to get in touch with and communication was direct and clear! Couldn’t have asked for a better and safer experience

We rented from Yuval for 5yrs and it was a great experience! If there was ever an issue he was very responsive with sending someone over to fix it. The only reason we did no renew is we needed a bigger space. Would 100% rent from him again

Yuval was a great landlord. I relocated out of state after renting from him for 2 years and I would rent from him again 100% if I return to Philly in the future

Beware. DO NOT rent any property from this landlord. Upon moving out he kept our entire security deposit as well a wrongfully took us to court to attempt to collect an additional $2,000 because we gave him 58 days notice (lease said 60) we would not renew the lease. Additionally he found tenants to take over our apartment prior to us moving out. I have dealt with more than 5 landlords / management companies in the city and this was by FAR the worst.
