Renter Beware!!

Vipin seems to be the property manager for the property purchased with multiple people involved. The bottom line for them is money and that is all. They will not take into consideration your own livelihood personal requests or general courtesy. The landlords are very cheap when it comes to fixing/replacing things in their home. Very slow to respond to maintenance requests and will try to make you pay for some maintenance. Renter BEWARE!
