The appliances are cheap, but Ralph is incredibly responsive and competent. It's also a convenient location if you work in the city or go to Penn.

This is the only location we can both walk to work and not drive in the city. The management team in the building has a high turn over rate. They are not very prompt or helpful.

Wonderful place to live! The units are nice and big, great amenities and even better location, and all of the staff (concierge, maintenance, super, mgmt, leasing) are all so so nice (and prompt!).
