Nice building. Very safe area.

The immediate neighborhood is very safe since there is lots of NYPD/Metrotech/NYU security all around.

The amenities are great and there is the best view from the roof in all of BROOKLYN. The only set back is that it is a little pricy. I definitely recommend it.

Loved it since the day I moved in.

I recommend this building and their mgmt staff :)
