This guy places ads on Craigslist Redding looking for a middle aged female to be "help around the house". That means do chores the other tenant is supposed to do... That person is not a tenant because she gets free rent. The owner landlord is 73.years old. She is 42. These two dysfunctional people have ongoing fights with yelling, screaming & throwing things. She also has mood swings due to her own traumatic past. She is known for threatening to kill your pets and / or you. Pathetic.
