2200 St. Albans Street- Mice, Cockroaches, Problems with Maintenance!

Foreign maintenance crew that is hard to understand. Any fix only lasts so long. Mice and cockroaches from the beginning. Landlord attempted to help once with store bought traps that did not work.Issues with plumbing that lasted 15 months before one was resolved. The other, washer leaking, still persists. I would not live here again.
