This 4 plex is filthy on the outside, with bits of trash everywhere. Spiderwebs coat the doorways, the entryway is dirty and run down. The entrance into the back has "steps" that are a tripping hazard

Walking down dark hallways because landlord won't keep lights on feels unsafe. Property manager gave me an eviction notice when I gave him my ESA letter. Large crickets in apartment every day. Nasty kitchen cupboards and window screens that pop right off. Prop. Man. Is condescending and rude. He interrupts and talks over women. Lease is cut and pasted from. Other leases. He doesn't know the laws enough to be a property manager. This property is disgusting.
