Mouse infestations 3x in 1.5 years

You will never receive your full security deposit (if you even get it back), their head of maintenance speaks to you like you don't know anything about maintenance, they replaced the carpets in both units of our building while badmouthing the previous tenants, they sent an exterminator out to fix a mouse infestation but didn't fix the problems with nothing more than spray foam, we should have known that when we got the keys before they cleaned the unit and the dead bolt on the front door was broken that we made a mistake.
