Naz is a super nice guy! He always responds in a timely and cordial manner. Most problems were taken care of in a timely manner, others weren't. Naz respects your privacy and your space, always using booties and communicating all that needs to be done. Had to do a lot of cleaning on the initial move in and had a strange smell for the first couple months. The apt was in pretty decent shape though noisy, neighbors were nice. There was a weird guest limitation on the lease involving parties that seemed off. Aside from what felt like a few unorthodox compromises this was ultimately a lukewarm to positive experience.
