Unprofessional

The Landlord and his wife are very unprofessional. For 3 month the building went without heat, they had just purchased the building and blamed the prior owners to why we had no heat for so long when never before did we have heat issues. they feel like the tenants should upkeep the building. He is really Narcissistic so be careful.
