Perhaps Maya Baghat should be assuring future tenants that everything is now in order rather than bashing past tenants, making false accusations, and putting former clients private information online. Many potential renters have seen this and “ contacted me directly” asking what happened. Sharing my info resulted in many phone calls from this website I’m happy to tell people the truth. I think your false reviews worked against you. Honesty is the best policy. You should try it sometime
I am not obsessed with your property. 16 months of harassment and dodging repairs was enough to not resign. I will ask wyl.com again to remove my private information as long as u repost it.. ( and ur enhanced false reviews) After I willingly left your building I quickly secured another business location. I also had your disgusting reviews removed professionally. As my clients & neighbors see your updated reviews I will respond.. I have a file from my attorney and pictures. The whole neighborhood witnessed you treating your tenants badly so no one wanted to live there. I’ve lived here since 1996 and get along very well with all of the neighbors

Your true personality is on display. You are a liar. You bought the building midway through my lease and refused to bring it up to code as was required by L& I. You refused to meet Thomas Brown the inspector at the location so he took the reports from your tenants. Urban Angel is my band. You are the stalker. Sharon Kelly Left willingly. Not evicted. I loved the place as soon as I saw it and started my lease in Aug.2015. The outdoor space (not easy to find in the city) was perfect for the morning stretch, coffee, and to entertain visiting family and friends. I'm a busy straight forward professional that likes my place clean, organized and well maintained. I got it that way - and kept it that way. So when I wanted to renew my lease, there were no issues. I was happy! I renewed my lease in 2016. FYI... awesome location for city happenings, which I wanted to enjoy during my stay.

This leasee lives on the same street, and since then makes repeated attempts to taunt residents of the space. In hate, she repeatedly posts false claims on this site. She has failed to secure another lease since June 2015. Co-tenant: Lease ended June 2015. Anna Couturier continues to post false statements after damages and repairs from tenancy.
Lease was not renewed to Hair Cutter by Landlord in 2015. Haircutter resides 6 doors away - is still obsessed with the owner and property - since 2015. Retaliates by posting derogatory comments regularly since 2015.

VINDICTIVE TENANTS TROLLING & TRASHING SINCE June 2015. Sharon Kelly - Ultra Hair Salon. Lease not renewed. Lives on same street, and has not been successful at securing a new lease with so many wonderful opportunities in the neighborhood since June 2015. Running Cosmetology business out of her house since. Obsessive in writing anonymous hate and defamatory statements online. Also uses pseudo-names "Urban Angel" and T Brown, amongst others. Co-tenant Anna Couturier - upset since June 2015. Both continue their vindication... even now - 2 years later!!! Wow, sadly - so much hate.
Very high rent compared to other rentals in the neighborhood, we were never late with our rent and did not receive the return of our $1,500 security deposit. We learned that this landlord has retained no renters for more than one year and never returns the security deposit which is theft. We left the place in excellent condition. We filed complaints to the city like the other renters. No maintenance, no certificates of rental suitability. Security deposit of $1,500 never returned, after assuring us that she would repair all problems and reimburse us for our inconveniences. Liar. We had roaches, mold, and lack of heat and hot water for 3 and a half months and wanted us to pay for " pest control". Spend your hard earned money on a rental with a management company.
