A three unit building in the heart of Fairmount. I rented the top floor for 2.5 years and it was ok.

Kathy was a fair landlord. The building is older, tour it in-person so you know what you are getting. I lived in this 2 bedroom rental with a roommate. We had an issue with the roof leaking into the bedroom and Kathy was able to get it repaired in 2 weeks. She was strict about leasing in yearly segments, not willing to do month to month She was very easy to work with during the move in/out process and we agreed on the portion of the security deposit she kept.
