Building and apartments are nice. They churn tenants due to fluctuating rents. Once you hit 5 years they find an excuse to not resign your lease. Super does the bare minimum. And Rose Assoc. sucks.

They refused to ever let me sign a 2 year lease and they continued to jack up the rent every year. Tnen, they did not resign my lease after 5 years because they needed to renovate. I moved out, told the super prior. The super then complained I had too much trash(furniture) even though I informed him prior and kept $200 of my sec. to remove it. Mice issues throughout the building, no bugs. Pretty clean for the most part and they harass the rent stabilized folks and never update their apartments.
