This man has several homes that he rents under different names. Danping Li, Lance Liu, Melissa Liu. The homes seem to be in livable conditions at first glance but you’ll find some terrible issues once you’ve settled in and have given him your money. He doesn’t do maintenance or repairs. He doesn’t use certified or insured repairmen. He also has people work for him that have substance abuse issues because he can hire them cheap, and your things will go missing. Please watch for this landlord. Especially if you’re a woman.
