Good space - bad management

The building management is HORRIBLE. It's run by this guy named Mike who just ignores his tenants. I took over two months for them to come and do some simple maintenance task in my apt. I had to call and email the rental company and get them to contact the building management in order to get my maintenance issues even looked at.
