Renter beware

Having lived in Chicago for over 10 years, Adam is without a doubt one of the most unreasonable and unpleasant people I have ever encountered. He is quick to blame for problems that are out of the renters control. He is unresponsive and goes on the offensive anytime an issue arises. There are several instances where we asked for a repair and they were never made. Our back door lock worked 50% of the time and this is on a street that was plagued by car jacking and armed robberies.
