- There was a major leak in the roof and our master bedroom flooded. The landlord did not address right away and there was mold discovered. Cleanup required a mold remediation company that had to rip up the walls and roof and put in drying machines and plastic sheeting to limit the contamination. It ultimately didn't get fixed for 4 months. And it wasn't the landlord that fixed it, it was the HOA that fixed it. The roof is still not fixed, there is only a tarp that was put over the leak.
